nakama, you have to join, but they do ONLY yaoi/bishounen-ai scanlations, and Evil Empire does all kinds of manga, but has it all seperated out, with a huge yaoi section. you have to join Evil Empire, and post in the forums before you can download, but it’s mainly just for manga. nakama only does manga as far as I know, and Evil Empire has some, but not a lot, of anime.

Ok to give a little back round information you guys back in September my right shoulder started to hurt me and i did not know why and so i had made a DR appointment for early or mid September and not sure when it happen but anyways my DR told me that i had strain my shoulder and he told me that he was going to put me on medical leave for 2 weeks i went back to work the third week in October and then in November and December the pain just got worse and then so i waited it out for a few months to see if it would get any better which it did not so i made another appointment just recently which was march 24 of this year and he told me i had frozen shoulder and i would have to be starting physical therapy which i started back at the end of april and i ended doing physical therapy the middle of may and so i went for my appointment and check in and everything and then i got called back to do the evaluation on my shoulder she just check my rage of motion and told me i might have a torn rotators cuff and she said that i might not know for sure but will know in 2 weeks when i start using weights so i don’t know if i have frozen shoulder or a torn rotators cuff and plus my PT just took me out of work again please any information would be great and plus my DR put me on pain medication and also the pain started form my top of my neck an goes all the way down to my hand currently i just got a cortisone shot on june 14th and my shoulder still hurts i recently finished my PT and it did not help me that much the only thing that helps me is using my tens unit but other than that nothing works my age is 21 years only and my dr told me if the pain does not go way by next week then i have to go to a orthopedic dr i am currently waiting for monday when my dad calls his doctor so i can go and see him and get a second opinion because i did not have any x rays or MRI done on my shoulder i have a hard time lifting the 30 cases of beer and all so the 24 packs of water and the 12 packs of beer to what should i do in the mean time until monday and i work a 8 hour day tomorrow and plus today i was supposed to do carts and i had one of my friends do my carts form me because the pain was so bad i was supposed to do it for a hour and forty-five minutes please help my shoulder has popped on me more than once like maybe about 7 or 8 time and one time i went to grab something and i felt something tear in my shoulder but unsure of what part i might have torn help me tired of been in pain and waking up in the middle of the night crying i am on pain medication but i only take it when needed need a lot of answers calling my dad,s doctor tomorrow my dad called his DR and he had no open appointments so i had to call my DR again and i went in to to get my shoulder looked at and hoping to get the referral to go to the orthopedic doctor for my shoulder,I went into the orthopedic doctor and he told me that i might have arthritis and he also gave me a shot in my shoulder so he told me i had to have a MRI and that came back clear and same with the x-ray to so yesterday i was at work and i told my boss that my shoulder hurt and so i had to file work men’s comp and i don’t know what i should do any help and no rude comments please 21 years old i played softball for the age 10 to 14 going to the doctor tomorrow how long will the doctor appointment last and do i even have to have appointment to go in please help
i was told on the second of November that i have tendinitis in my shoulder, i went into the doctor on november 22 and told him that the pain is going into my elbow and hand and wrist what should i do i work a eight hour day on the 23 and 24 and i am in a lot of pain please help me i don’t go back to the doctor until December 14th please help me shoulder has been hurt for a yr now what else should i do this is a Workman’s comp case please help me the pain is now going down into my elbow and wrist and hand i can barely grab objects with my hand because of the pain please need a lot of answers 21 years old female my next doctor appointment is on the 14th of December i just started physical therapy on November 30 though December 16th 2x a week

Yeah, you can forget p.t. helping as well as the dr.’s. You have a case of pinched muscles and they are doing everything but what is need to get them freed back up for you. This seems to have moved from your back up into your neck now as well so to give you everything to help you out here’s how to free up your back and neck muscles to get rid of those pains:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Wow, its sounds like everything started off all wrong with the diagnosis and treatments. You don’t judge whether you have a rotator cuff tear on whether you can lift weights or not. So what are you doing in physical therapy? From your descriptions it sounds like you may have some tight pecs, tight biceps and weak posterior muscles. I am getting that from your description of you softball on history, your work duties of carrying heavy items and the clean MRI and Xray. A muscle imbalance will not show up in an Xray or MRI, but can cause tons of pain and reduce your range of motion. What position do you sleep in? Where to you place the TENS unit the PT had given you? Has any of the PT’s that you’ve seen tried taping your shoulder into a retracted position? Try placing some moist heat on your pecs, just below your collar bone for 5 minutes. Then go to a door frame and try and place both arms along the frame with your elbows bent. If you can, take a step forward and see if you feel a stretch in your chest. Hold this light to medium intensity stretch for 40-50 seconds.
When the pecs are tight along with the biceps, they cause the shoulder blade to tip forward, throwing the shoulder out of place. Muscles are now not able to function correctly or efficiently and will compensate to get activities done. The muscles along the back of the shoulder become stretched out and will begin experiencing pain. The goal is to correct your muscle imbalance and repair your posture so that your shoulder muscles have the correct length tension ratios.

According to a recent article I read about the many different various Shaolin styles, which, according to Google is called “Styles@Shaolin”, I found out that Northern Praying Mantis employs elbow joint breaking, but the breaking techniques are strikes, not twists or locks, so it would be the equivalent of striking and breaking a thick stick. It says that the breaking technique strikes made to the elbow joints are from the elbow or the “star of the palm”. I’ve got two questions, what is the star of the palm, because I’ve been told it’s the middle of the palm and another says its the five finger bones, and also, the strikes made with the elbow and palm to break joints, are the strikes downward, like a chop, sideways, or upward?

The strikes are any of those. let me explain it like this:

You catch your opponent’s punch or palm thrust by the wrist you then use your palm either the upper or lower part of it, sometimes middle to thrust your free arm into your opponent’s elbow.

For the elbow strike I only know of one like that and it uses elbows and knees in combo strikes. Say Your opponent tries to kick from the side, you jab your elbow down and your knee upward at the same time catching the kick and possibly fracturing or breaking his/her leg.

If I had to say the “star-of-the-palm” should be the base of your palm where all of the joints in your fingers connect. hope I helped you out some.
