If all you did was push ups, sit ups, tricep dips, and pull ups/chin ups… would that be enough for arms (both bis and tris), chest and back? Would you get decent muscle gains with that without isolation exercises?

You can do pushups all day and you wont see many results. You need to mix it up with cardio and other things,such as circuits or running. Body weight training will help TONE,but keep in mind, if your obese then you won’t see what is toned under the fat. I do not know what you look like tho, so maybe you just need to tone.Try pilates or the non relaxing yoga.This will help,in additon to weights and the exercises you mentioned. Mix it up! Your body will eventually adapt,get bored,and stop responding if you do not.

Yes. In general very true. You will gain some muscle.

But no , for competition type body build, you must push the limits and that take good support Group and lots of weight type training under an experience supervision. Need people to plan diet and cook it, need catchers, instructors. Manager, —–,——-.

Same for abs, do abdominal and side bends and front bends and even back bends.

When you get going on biceps and triceps, you will have enough strength to do pull up and chin ups. Bicycling can save time and if possible swim in a safe place or in a pool ii it is convenient.

In the mean time just hang from your hand and just keep trying one day you will be able to pull yourself up. Then try chin ups, and slowly add a one more every few days.

All this is found on the Net and in the library, so read up on it and do it correctly so you that you may not get hurt.

So I’ve been trying to get rid of my acne for seven years now. I’ve tried everything from home remedies, to topical skin treatments, to medication. It’s not cystic acne thankfully, but it is quite the annoyance. I want to be able to wear a dress or a tank top without feeling insecure. (and now I sound like one of those girls off the commercials.) Anyways, I have it on my neck (not a lot but still… yuck) on my chest (still.. yuck) on my back (For crying out loud! Couldn’t hormones cut me a break?) and of course, on my face. I would love it if any of you had some helpful tips. Thanks!

take some soap that has been sitting in the shower, so like it is all wet on the bottom and kinda creamy (the only word i know to describe it lol) and just dab a little on the zit or whatever before you go to sleep. if you pop it first i mean. and boom. gone next day or so

Ok so you need to buy proactive. You need to wash everywhere you have acne. And put the mask on everywhere you have acne. Leave it on for about 6 hours.

Your diet helps the most. lots of fruits and veggies and nothing with to much oils. I know this sounds weird but i had a lot of acne on my face and i put hydrogen peroxide on every night and it mostly went away. at first, your face gets really dry so you have to have a good natural face lotion.

Drink plenty of water, it helps clean your body from the inside out. In terms of products I have tried most things on the market from proactiv to supermarket brands to home remedies. I found proactiv worked well however, you are forced to buy every month a new box, it’s quite costly. For me I use Nivea, it’s gentle in my skin as my skin is sensitive. Nivea is aimed for younger skin. Also don’t touch your skin much, and make sure you give it a wash at the end of the day. I also use exfoliating gloves, gives my skin a good clean, just don’t be too harsh. I also use garnier 3 in 1 scrub, wash and mask. I leave the mask on whilst I sleep, and wash it off it the morning, remembering to moisturize after since the skin has been dried. I do this 2-3 a week, not every night.

When it comes to your back and chest, let them have a little bit of sun, not much because they scar your skin if burnt. Exfoliate nightly your skin, and use face wash on your back and chest.

I know how you feel, I was scared of people seeing my back for a long time. But now my skin is clear and my confidence is booming, I wear strapless tops and tank top all the time.

As a vegetarian you have big advantage. If you are using the thread mill then use it for 30 minutes more do not jog but run jogging is bad for joints and bones. If you are just walking then walk faster and then start running.
