Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : When in Heaven, can you find the door to God’s office by the sign that says “knows all, sees all, tells all”?

Or will that just be another random palm reading scam artist like the ones in Atlanta GA?

Answer by seeker of Holy God
god has no office he has a large open throne room

Answer by JORGE N
it probably is pretty much like the door He has for you down here. It will always have the same sign on it and you are always free to try to go through it. You may not be free enough to go through and you may not even be free enough to try. But you see it and know that it is there and will always be there even if you wont be.

Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : I was on my Palm Pre app catalog yesterday afternoon, when I saw an App called “PALM Spot”.?

It was free, had 22 reviews with 5 stars. I’m on the Sprint network, and this App was able to do what the Verizon and AT&T apps did with their Palm Pres. Making the Palm Pre a Wifi hotspot. What happened to it? For some reason, it wouldn’t install on my phone, and my phone then did a factory reset by itself. I’ve been looking for it for two days now, and can not find it anywhere. Was it just my imagination, or was it really there? If it was there, what happened to it? Nothing in google search results tell me.
If you see the article, can you post a link?

Answer by Aaron
It was there, I read a article about that on engagment. It something to do with that app not being compatible with Sprint.

Answer by TJ J
I use My tether. I paid 10 buck for it but it works great. I’m on Sprint

Source : Yahoo AnswersQuestion : saddest poem you have read?

please post the poem as well! this is the saddest i have read 🙁

The Little Dog Angel
High up in the courts of Heaven today
A little dog angel waits;
With the other angels he will not play,
But sits alone at the gates;
“For I know that my master will come, ” says he,
“And when he comes he will call for me.”

He sees the Spirits that pass him by
As they hurry to the Throne,
And he watches them with a wistful eye
As he sits at the gates alone.
“For I know my master will come for me
If only I just wait patiently.”

And his master, far on the earth below,
As he sits in his easy chair,
Forgets sometimes, and he whistles low
For the dog that is not there.
And the little dog angel cocks his ears
And dreams that his master’s call he hears.

And I know, when at last his master waits,
Outside in the dark and cold,
For the hand of Death to open the gates
That lead to these courts of gold,
The little dog angel’s eager bark
Will comfort his soul in the shivering dark

Answer by Jeff the poet
that’s a good one, do you mean saddest or most emotional? anyway, how about this one?

Daddy please come home

In my room I gaze around
Spotting dots upon the wall
I wonder once or twice
If I could try to make them crawl
For if I did maybe time
Might finally pass me by

But dots are still and motionless
Glaring back into my eye
I scream my soul into my pillow
Daddy please just tell me why
Did you have to go?
I guess I’ll never know

Mommy storms into the room
With fright spelled on her face
Ma’ why can’t he be with us
The tears roll down my face
Wrenching my heart
With painful words
But, he loves you son

Ma’, he can’t even comfort me
He’s just too far away
I thought you had to touch the love
At least that’s what they say
Wear it like a glove
I wish it never
Came undone

Breaking free of her arms in sorrow
I wish that life would end
I cannot wait until tomorrow
Not now, or ever again
I scream my heart inside out
I know just not what for
I just can’t love you any more

As I’m destined to my grave
Daddy walks in through the door
A smile spreads across my face
As I go and hug my daddy
Because now I’m finally happy
Forever more

“Little dog angel cocks his ears”– That made me tear up!

The Slave’s Dream, by Henry Longfellow

Beside the ungathered rice he lay,
His sickle in his hand;
His breast was bare, his matted hair
Was buried in the sand.
Again, in the mist and shadow of sleep,
He saw his Native Land.

Wide through the landscape of his dreams
The lordly Niger flowed;
Beneath the palm-trees on the plain
Once more a king he strode;
And heard the tinkling caravans
Descend the mountain-road.

He saw once more his dark-eyed queen
Among her children stand;
They clasped his neck, they kissed his cheeks,
They held him by the hand!–
A tear burst from the sleeper’s lids
And fell into the sand.

And then at furious speed he rode
Along the Niger’s bank;
His bridle-reins were golden chains,
And, with a martial clank,
At each leap he could feel his scabbard of steel
Smiting his stallion’s flank.

Before him, like a blood-red flag,
The bright flamingoes flew;
From morn till night he followed their flight,
O’er plains where the tamarind grew,
Till he saw the roofs of Caffre huts,
And the ocean rose to view.

At night he heard the lion roar,
And the hyena scream,
And the river-horse, as he crushed the reeds
Beside some hidden stream;
And it passed, like a glorious roll of drums,
Through the triumph of his dream.

The forests, with their myriad tongues,
Shouted of liberty;
And the Blast of the Desert cried aloud,
With a voice so wild and free,
That he started in his sleep and smiled
At their tempestuous glee.

He did not feel the driver’s whip,
Nor the burning heat of day;
For Death had illumined the Land of Sleep,
And his lifeless body lay
A worn-out fetter, that the soul
Had broken and thrown away!

Freedom through nothing short of death. I used to cry every time I wrote an answer on this poem for literature class.

And so it came to be
this isolation that I am
I can only look to me
to find the way it all began –
this confusion, constant
hunger for something more than this
I strive to find this being
that I envision, yet seem to miss.
Could it be that I am empty-
or maybe a little lost?
Could it be that I am lonely,
or seek happiness at any cost?
This never-ending Something
that I am living deep inside,
depicts the illusion of myself
and all I have to hide.
